Developed in close collaboration with the brand from site selection through to completion, the NYC showroom design extends The Fall's established retail identity within a new architectural context. The ambition was to create a space that moves beyond the conventions of bridal retail — calm, contemporary and gallery-like — where the collections and the experience of discovering them remain the focus.
Materiality informed every design decision. Working with the building's existing industrial fabric, we introduced a restrained palette of bespoke aluminium, stainless steel and felt-clad display furniture, centred around a sculptural latex-clad fitting room that anchors the space. The contrast between raw architectural elements and tactile, refined finishes creates a setting that feels both distinctive and understated.
Generous natural light and an open-plan layout reinforce the clarity of the design, with every intervention carefully considered to support both the architecture and the retail experience. The result is a contemporary showroom that reflects The Fall's distinctive identity while establishing a new destination for modern bridal retail in New York.
